I recommend international buyers to choose the tracked option, as in cases of lost parcels, I am unable to provide replacements or claim compensation with Royal Mail if there is no tracking information. Any lost untracked mail is not my responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Customs, Duties, Taxes

Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please inspect pictures and read the description of the listing carefully!
Please contact me if you have any concerns or issues with your order being damaged or faulty.
I am not responsible for any damages to the item once you start using it. Please take good care of your items as they are handmade!
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact me as soon as possible. If I already purchased your shipping label I will not be able to refund your shipping costs. In this case I will provide you with proof of the label purchase as to why you didn't get the full refund. If I already shipped your order out I will not be able to cancel your order.My order hasn't arrived
Due to delays your order might take a while to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods. In general, any lost untracked mail is not my responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced.
If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
I strongly recommend that international buyers choose tracked shipping, so that in case of a lost parcel, we can work something out and claim compensation!
For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days after the estimated arrival time of your order before getting in contact!
For international orders, please contact me with your order details if you don't received your order within 3 months.
